I just found this site that analyzes and measures he ranking potential of your webpages. It looks at the basics and it won't guarantee you results but it will show you what you are doing wrong.
As their page states it's only a Seo analysis tool that is there to help analyze and measure the ranking potential of your webpages. It's free to use. Just type in your webpage url,answer a question and you'll have your results in a manner of seconds. I tried it and showed me a one mistake I made on one of my pages. I've left a link for those who want to try it out.
