My Dad's Favorite Dessert By Jamillah Rasheed There's one dessert that is very easy to prepare and my dad fell inlove with it the first time my mom made it for him. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of it. As I said it's really easy to make and doesn't require too many ingredients. Here's what you will need.... 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 1 8 oz package of cream cheese softened 1 14 oz can of cherry topping ( you can use any dessert toppin you like) 1 pie shell already baked ( you can either blind bake your own pie crust and let it cool or use a ready-made pie shell) In a bowl, cream the softened cream cheese. Add the sweetened condensed milk. Mix well. Take this mixture and pour it into your cooled pie shell. Refigerate for atleast an hour to firm up before putting the dessert topping ontop of it. You can either slice into now or continue refigerating until ready to serve. Enjoy. Contributor's Note For anyone who doesn't know, blind baking is another way of saying prebaking.

This sounds good and easy to put together too. I think that I might prefer my own topping though.
