Everyone by now knows what a traffic exchange is. Most are normally free. Some exchanges charge you a monthly fee, and some charge you yearly fees. Being and ugraded member usually means you will get paid for referring other members to that traffic exchange, you'll receive more credits while surfing and you will receive randome referrals. Just about all of them have an upgrade membership available. All traffic exchanges aren't the same but they generally do operate the same.
Usually, traffic exchanges reward their members for surfing with credits. But I am seeing more and more traffic exchanges reward their members with cash. It doesn't be much but it all adds up. After surfing a set number of pages, you are given the oppurtunity to claim your reward. Some have links that appear in the surfbar that you click on. Others may have you pick from a choice of 4 to six selections. With these, you have choose wisely. Choose the wrong selection and you may not win anything. Pegasus Hits is one that gives you a selection of six choices to choose from. Every 55 pages or so you can win from 0.03$ - 20.00$ . Here's a link if you want to check it out for yourself
